I have the impression that I am in an old Athenian neighborhood: I will now sit down to eat in the nice “tavern”, later I will get something for the house, all of this fine grocery is mainly for the kitchen. The food comes to complete all this wonderful homemade feeling, the smells that come out of the kitchen are enough to open your appetite.
Nena cooks Greek cuisine in the way that all Greek chefs should – in my opinion – create. She takes Greek recipes, adds modern techniques and presents them in their new version.
